General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the Green&Wooden online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and the international codes governing e-commerce. The online store is an IT system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by Manibris d.o.o. with the registered office at Sleme 7, Slovenia (hereinafter: Provider). A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. the customer in the online store. Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as their e-mail address, which they set in their profile, and a password. The user’s username and password uniquely identify the user and link the user to the filled in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the Green & Wooden online store, user rights and the business relationship between the Provider and customer.
Accessibility of Information
The Provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of goods or services, product availability, terms and conditions of product delivery or service, clearly and unambiguously set prices, method of payment and delivery, offer validity period, the time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal as well as the explained procedure for complaints, including all information about the contact person or customer service.
Payment Methods
1. Advance payment by pro forma invoice
Payment based on a pro forma invoice issued by the company when the customer places the order. The goods are shipped after the inflow of funds to the company’s transaction account.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD)
Payment in cash upon receipt of the ordered products at the selected address.
3. Payment via Paypal
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay by card (Mastercard or Visa).
The Provider issues an invoice to the customer on a durable medium, with a breakdown of costs.
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the Provider’s server and is accessible to the customer at any time in their user profile (My profile).
Validity of the Offer and Price
The prices listed in the online store are valid at the time of ordering via the Internet, so the prices of some products may deviate from the prices in the online store and other stores. Prices are valid in case of payment using the above payment methods, under the above conditions. All prices in the online store are inclusive of tax.
Orders and customer invoices are stored at the company’s headquarters and are available to customers via a written request. The request for a duplicate can be sent in writing by the customer to the company’s address or to the e-mail address info@greenandwooden.eu.
The validity periods for special offers are listed next to the special offer and may differ from one another.
Purchase Process
How do I make a purchase?
You can select the desired product and the quantity of items, which are placed in the cart, by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. When you click on the cart in the upper right corner of the page, select the “Checkout” link where you enter your details and place your order.
If you experience problems navigating the online store, shoot us an email at info@grenandwooden.eu and tell us about the selected products and quantity, method of payment and your personal information for delivery, and we will handle the order for you.
Order accepted: After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification informing them that the order has been accepted. In this step, the customer has the option of cancelling the order within one hour.
Order confirmed: If the customer does not cancel the order, the order is moved to the processing stage when the Provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and either confirms the order or rejects it by stating the reason for rejection. The Provider can call the customer on the latter’s contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The Provider informs the customer via e-mail about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of goods.
Goods shipped: The Provider prepares the goods and dispatches them within the agreed deadline, and afterwards notifies the customer by e-mail. In the abovementioned e-mail, the Provider also informs the customer about the return policy, the customer contact point in case of delays in delivery and the options for filing complaints.
Right of Withdrawal from the Purchase Return of Goods
In the case of distance or off-premises contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to state the reason for their decision. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 14 days of the written notice of the consumer’s withdrawal from the purchase, whereby the customer must cover the direct costs of returning the goods. A copy of the order must be attached. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all received payments immediately or no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company shall return the payments received to the consumer with the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and provided the consumer does not incur any costs as a result. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you are not entitled to a refund of postage.
Delivery Time
Delivery times for orders with delivery within the European Union are expressed in the number of working days, namely 5 – 14 days from the order being placed.
Rules of Conduct for Users
In addition to selling items, the greenandwooden.eu online store also enables the submission of opinions on products on sale and opinions on the use and areas of use of the offered products, which is intended for communication between customers who can thus exchange their experiences about the user-Provider interaction. Unsubstantiated criticism or defamation in connection with products or other users is not allowed on the website.
We invite you to be a positive influence on the quality of online communication. If links to other websites are posted, we reserve the right to remove them. We also reserve the right to remove advertising, sales or commercial content entered on the blog of the website without the consent of the website owner.
Comments and content (texts) with intolerant religious, political, racial or national offensive or intolerant connotations shall not be allowed.
The username and password used by the user for registered access must be securely stored and protected against misuse by the user! Users are responsible for the content they write.
Actions by Moderators
Moderators provide for uninterrupted communication between the users and, as appropriate, also provide help in using the system. Moderators shall use their discretion and remove content that does not comply with the rules of conduct of users and is not suitable for publication on the greenandwooden website, as well as offensive or inappropriate content.
